The official website for the Zoom Test Kitchen is located here. I’m a frequent attendee to ZTK, and there’s usually 5-10 attendees in the Zoom meeting, and a few people listening in on YouTube. Follow-up listeners range from 50 to100 normally, but occasionally 200+, especially when special guests like Andy Carluccio are in the house.
The Zoom Test Kitchen normally meets every Friday at 3pm Eastern Time, and observes Daylight Saving Time according to the United States DST rules.
