But more and more new clients already have a Zoom Events license and are just looking for consulting and training assistance, often in conjunction with a planned event. They have staff assigned to the license, and they’re learning there ins and outs of the event editor. But often, they’re lost and just need someone to point them in the right direction.
This is where my Zoom Events Navigator plan comes in. Generally I’ll offer to meet with a new potential client for 30 minutes to discuss your needs and provide some high level guidance at no charge. From there, most engagements usually range from 10 to 30 hours of assistance for an event. Normally I require payment for 3 hours in advance, and then monthly invoicing.
